Introduction:

My client location in HK South area; they are looking for a Sales Support Executive (Luxury brand) to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to provide spectrum of sales administration /support, order management for onlineshop
• Provide order follow up and after sales services
• Able to handle order management for Luxury client
• Coordination with 3PL for shipment arrangement
• Handle customers enquiries, order management, after sales service and RMA, prepare insurance for the invoice, delivery note

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain 
• 2 years solid Sales Support /Order Management / CS experience in luxury industries
• Knowledge in SAP is a much
• Good English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
