Introduction:

An international food importer is urgently seeking candidates for the position of Quality Assurance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Set up quality assurance department in Hong Kong office in close cooperation with German quality control office
• Work together with external auditors and consultants to obtain and monitor IFS-broker or BRC broker certificate and organic certificate for the trading company
• Follow up and prepare annual certification audits of IFS-broker and Organic
• Follow up corrective action plans, perform risk analysis
• Conduct internal and supplier audits
• Work together with external laboratories for product analysis

Requirements:

• University Degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Quality Management or related fields
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Knowledge in BRC / IFS or other food related certifications like HACCP/ISO22000
• Experience in quality control, supplier audits, food safety and declaration
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
