Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager and Director, the incumbent shall be instrumental in entire executive search process from clients’ interfacing, notes’ taking, markets’ mapping, and sourcing covering competitors’ organization mapping, candidates’ identification, direct approaching, qualifying, and assessing target candidates, and presenting market intelligences for both clients and candidates.

The role must be confident and articulate in presenting search strategies, timeframes and service fees, candidates’ assessments in both verbal and written presentations with high ability to develop the job specifications with fully understanding of the skills and business requirements from clients, and quickly translate that information to relevant prospective candidates in confidence. In addition, the role will require to:

  • ·         Support the Executive Search team to identify, plan and implement search strategies for multiple assignments.
  • ·         Identify high-quality target executives by networking, market contacts, referrals, and social media in confidence.
  • ·         Develop individual business pipelines and budget with ability to contribute to the team in revenues generation.
  • ·         Maintain all activities record in database and present to the management’s review on a weekly basis.
  • ·         Pay attention to market scene and propose valuable candidates who shall benefit client’s business in a short and long range. 

Requirements:

To succeed, applicants should obtain at least a bachelor’s degree from different disciplines with at least 5 years to carry out the function in executive search, talent acquisition and sales. Furthermore, the following qualifications shall be preferable:

  • ·         A mixed experience obtained from executive search firms and corporate’s talent acquisitions will be an ideal.
  • ·         Creative and strong market research skills with well-organized project management and presentation skills.
  • ·         An effective communicator with proficiency in preparing impactful search strategies and high-quality candidate’s profiles independently.
  • ·         Pro-active and ambitious with a keen sense of ownership in delivering quality research templates and processes for clients’ presentations.
  • ·         Confident to make cold callings, interface, communicate and establish professional rapport with senior executives across the region.
  • ·         Proficiency and well-versed in using social media and other sourcing, research mechanisms to identify target candidates.
  • ·         Fast paced, eager to learn and understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
  • ·         Strong business acumen and numeric with a positive and “can-do” working attitude.
