Introduction:
My client a leading online platform company offering digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
Work with clients to perform requirement capture and analysis.
Serve as a key point of communication between clients, designers and engineers to deliver a project on time and with high customer satisfaction.
Prepare resources allocation plans and task scheduling;
Monitor project progress by tracking project activities; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions etc.
Coordinate UAT and provide user training;
Perform trend analysis or usability studies if required.
Prepare documentations and reports if required.
Requirements:
University graduate in Information System, Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital project delivery, preferably in a professional IT consultancy firm or renowned technology solution provider
Strong business acumen & analytical skills
Excellent presentation & communication skills
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Able to work under pressure and determined to meet tight deadlines
Experience with Scrum and Agile development is a plus
