Assistant Manager (Key Account Operation)

Introduction:
My client, a global logistics company, the located at Kwai Chung and they are looking for an Assistant Manager (Key Account Operation):-
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage all operational activities in the Key Account Department;
- Monitoring and handle daily key account shipment (mainly sea freight). operation and logistics processes
- Account for planning & implementation of operational initiatives to achieve customer satisfaction and efficiency;
- Lead a team of operational staff to ensure continuous improvement of key logistics processes;
Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines preferred;
- 5 years of working experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding with at least 2 years of Supervisory Level;
- Experience on managing sizable front-line logistics or transportation services independently with proven people management and leadership skills;
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good command in verbal and written English, Cantonese & Putonghua;
- Highly initiative, hardworking and willing to learn.
