Sales Support Director – S China based

Introduction:
Our client is a Hong Kong public listed manufacturing organization with integrated production facilities in China and overseas. To achieve full-potential operational effectiveness, our client increases new headcounts and capabilities in driving manufacturing excellence and automation. By undergoing the transformation, our client is looking for a seasoned customer servicing leader to carry out the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the customer service department in PRC.
- Formulate clear and effective sales support procedures and policies.
- Close liaison with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Production teams.
- Maintain accurate and updated record of all customer service activities and discussions.
- Ensure the highest customer service by providing day-to-day coaching and regular in-house training for the team.
- Prepare status reports with sales performance, forecast, inventory and other related activities for the management review and critical decision-making process.
Requirements:
- With over 10 years of experience in the electronics ODM/OEM/EMS environment, of which at least 3 years in managerial position.
- Obtained a Bachelor degree of business administration or relevant disciplines from recognized universities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP system.
- A native Cantonese speaker with fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Fast-paced, numeric with excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
