HR MANAGER | C&B focused

Introduction:

Our client, a leading property developer is currently in search of an HR Manager with a focus in C&B to join the team

Responsibilities:

  • To support full spectrum of HR funcstions including recruitment, learning & development and performance management with a focus in C&B
  • Develop, implement and administer C&B policy and procedures and ensure C&B initiatives meet statutory requirements and align across the region  
  • Handle monthly payroll, social insurance, company welfare & benefits, personnel information administration, market benchmarking, etc.To manage HR reporting, documentation preparation for management information and review
  • Handle Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines with at least 8 years working experience, preferably gained from Chinese companies
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizing skills
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks under time pressure
  • Great attention to details and accuracy
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken of English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Immediately available is highly preferable
