Introduction:

Our client, a Japanese multi-national company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist recruitment including advertisement posting, agents communication, resume screening, interview and tests coordination, staff orientation and Job Description preparation and follow up.
  • Benefits administration including but not limited to leave management, overtime allowance checking, staff medical claims, body check and staff health program, insurance renewal.
  • Responsible for all payroll and MPF preparation, tax reporting to the IRD and HRIS maintenance.
  • Assist in organizing the training program and related coordination.
  • Handle all HR payment, SAP input, cost sharing arrangement as well as report preparation.
  • Ad hoc assignments.


Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources Management
  • Good command in English and Mandarin, proficiency in Chinese
  • 1 – 2 years’ working experience in HR field; fresh graduate will be also considered
  • Basic HR knowledge
  • Advance PC applications skill and accounting concept
