Introduction:

My client, a leading Chinese financial institutions with diverse capital market businesses, they are looking for a PE Fund Operations professional to join their dedicated operation team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily fund operation duties including trade confirmation, cash and position reconciliations, corporate action and settlement
• Provide operational support to Private Equity Funds / Limited Partnership Funds and other Alternative Investment business including fund valuation, trade bookings and settlement, cash and portfolio reconciliations, fees calculation
• Liaise with external service providers such as fund administrators, registered agents, legal counsels and various stakeholders within the scope of the business for preparation of financial statements, annual reports and tax filing 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• 5 years or above experience in handling private funds and fund operations
• Familiar with the asset management rules and regulations in HK.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
