Introduction:

A medium law firm in Hong Kong is now looking for above staff for their newly set up conveyancing division (2nd division).

Responsibilities:

• to handle conveyancing documents independently
• to deal with clients 

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years relevant experience
• experience\r\nin handling the sale of Consent Scheme for Residential flat project is a must
• experience in attending client
• good\r\ncommand of written Chinese and English
• good\r\ncomputer knowledge in MS Office and Chinese input
