Part Time Retail Management Executive

Introduction:

Our client a famous luxury jewel supplier and retailer, office located in Central is looking for Part Time Retail Management Executive to support their team. This is an on-going contract and immediate available is preferable.

Responsibilities:

This is primarily a supporting role to the team in coordinate and execute of Retail/Wholesale programmes for jewellers and also support on financial, administrative, and secretarial functions.

 

Prepare market update and presentations for management and trade partners meeting

Liaise with vendors, provide logistic support and coordinate on retail programmes such as motivation programmes, training programmes and trade events

Maintain appropriate inventory level and optimize rounds of delivery to achieve cost efficiency

Handle all the expenses and budget related to the team, arranging vendors payment, budget forecast and monthly expenses checking with Finance Team etc

Provides administrative support including maintaining schedules or appointments, meetings and travel itineraries and coordinating related arrangements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or in related discipline

At least 3 years retail (brand) experience

Fluent spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Good command of MS Office tools
