Introduction:

A leading cosmetic manufacturer is urgently seeking a candidate for the position of Costing Manager. This role will be reporting directly to the top management.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently and proactively providing costing strategies and analysis
• Provide cost analysis and cost control measures to all cost driving departments to assure company stays competitive
• Calculate and prepare budget constraints cost
• Communicate and provide guidance to Sourcing and R&D Department to suggest alternatives in achieving target within cost constraint
• Work on cost comparison from historical database and provide external resources to ensure cost liableness 
• Lead, supervise and coordinate with costing team to perform quotation process to meet customer's target price
• Prepare & Review cost breakdowns, cost summaries and GP analysis
• Provide cost reduction strategies and options 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or relevant qualifications in costing
• Minimum 5 years of experience in costing
• Experience with using Cost analysis software
• Familiar with King Dee ERP system is an advantage
• Experience in OEM/ODM cosmetics and skincare industry is preferred
• Well knowledge in manufacturing processes and product developments
• Proficient with Microsoft software and other Business Intelligence software
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Willing to travel to China when needed
