HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER | HRBP

Introduction:
Our client, a rapidly expanding start-up company with presence across the globe is currently in search of a HR Manager to join the team
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Business Partner to the department heads and set up KPIs of the teams on performance basis
- Review regional monthly payroll and staff benefits schemes
- Manage the entire performance review cycle throughout probation, quarterly and annual basis
- Develop and analyse HR reports such as staff turnover, headcount and staff cost etc.
- Consolidate the required data from the business leaders to prepare the annual budget
- Streamline workflow of HR department to ensure work efficiency
- Assist Group HR team for global policy, program and system to be implemented locally
- Conduct salary benchmarking through market survey
- Handle administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder of any discipline
- Minimum 7 years’ experience gained from MNC or regional office
- Knowledge in employment ordinance or statutory regulations of Asia region
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded with good project management skills
- Ability to perform multi-tasking under a tight timeline
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Well versed in MS applications, preferably strong in excel worksheet
