Introduction:

Our client, a rapidly expanding start-up company with presence across the globe is currently in search of a HR Manager to join the team

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Business Partner to the department heads and set up KPIs of the teams on performance basis
  • Review regional monthly payroll and staff benefits schemes
  • Manage the entire performance review cycle throughout probation, quarterly and annual basis
  • Develop and analyse HR reports such as staff turnover, headcount and staff cost etc.
  • Consolidate the required data from the business leaders to prepare the annual budget
  • Streamline workflow of HR department to ensure work efficiency
  • Assist Group HR team for global policy, program and system to be implemented locally
  • Conduct salary benchmarking through market survey
  • Handle administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder of any discipline
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience gained from MNC or regional office
  • Knowledge in employment ordinance or statutory regulations of Asia region
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded with good project management skills
  • Ability to perform multi-tasking under a tight timeline
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Well versed in MS applications, preferably strong in excel worksheet
