Introduction:

Our client, a rapidly growing start-up company with presence across Asia and Europe is currently in search of a Talent Acquisition Manager, APAC to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small TA team
  • Develop a Talent Acquisition Strategy in partnership with the team, the business, and the HR team, which is aligned to the Company purpose, people strategy and relevant markets.
  • Handle end-to-end recruiting processes from sourcing, assessing, hiring to on-boarding of new joiners
  • Create inclusive talent acquisition strategies, having a focus on Diversity & Inclusion across all regions and markets.
  • Ensure that digital resourcing tools and trackers are fully utilised to deliver results and deliver the strongest candidate and hiring manager experience, data, and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably from finance and tech fields with in-house exposure
  • Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
  • Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skill
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels and work in fast-paced environment
  • Detail-minded with multi-tasking skills
  • Strong written and oral English and Cantonese
