Responsibilities:

·         To act as a brand ambassador for our firm and be the first point of contact to help thousands of candidates understand the company.

·         To manage candidate communications and help guide them through the interview process from application to hire.

·         To find the next generation of right talent by screening resumes, application materials, and over time, conducting interviews.

·         To drive our high volume recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, managing job postings, processing reimbursements and sending offer letters.

·         To working closely with our hiring managers and stakeholders and support every step of the recruiting process.

·         To Focus on key universities across Hong Kong and overseas and support our campus recruitment planning efforts. 

Requirements:

·         Degree holders

·         3-4 years  in corporate recruitment, headhunting or executive search

·         Must be Native Cantonese speaker, Fluent conversational in English.

·         Presentable, Resourceful, Organized, Reliable, Efficient

·         Attention in details and Able to work under pressure

·         Can do attitude and be adaptable and able to work independently

·         Fast paced work environment and highly interactive, people focused role
