My client is a professional security services company location in Central is looking for:-
Responsibilities:
- Security solutions consultancy firm
- Excellent opportunity to join a growing company
- Passionate individuals with a keenness to learn
- Immediately available preferred
- Provide daily PC support, 1st tier hotline handling
- Assist in troubleshooting as well as hardware and software installation
- Assist to maintain operation of application systems
- Assist system health check and report to relevant parties
- Handle helpdesk documentation and reporting, liaise with relevant parties to troubleshoot and report on problems and incidents
- Assist with ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
- Relevant working experience in IT field a MUST
- Experienced with server or datacentre maintenance
- Good communication skill and customer-oriented attitude
- Strong English written and spoken skills
- Willing to work overtime on occasions
