Assistant Accountant

Introduction:
Our client, an international wine & spirit distributor is urgently seeking a candidate for the position of Assistant Accountant.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily credit review and order release
- Monitor the collection of accounts receivable and follow up any outstanding issues
- Process incoming payment on individual customer account
- Communicate with Sales department as well as management to alert them to any potential bad debts and/or high risk customer accounts
- Perform regular credit limit review and provide suggestion on any changes
- Assist in month-end closing and prepare month-end reconciliation and analysis
- Provide support to ad hoc assignments and projects
Requirements:
- University or Diploma graduate with over 2 years’ relevant experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
- Proactive, independent, well-organized and a good team player
- Knowledge of accounting software SAP would be an advantage
- Good command of English and Mandarin
