IT Administrator IT Supports I 5-day, Kwun Tong, Inhouse Permanent Role, Work in Hong Kong

Introduction:
A growing listed company with sophisticated technology in printing solutions has a new headcount for Inhouse IT supports role working with colleagues and outsourcing vendor in HK with local & global exposure
Responsibilities:
End users support:
Ø Laptop installation/refresh/fix and IT equipment purchasing (laptops, monitors, keyboard etc…)
Ø Incident & request management with logging tickets
Ø Manage IT equipment inventory
Local infrastructure support:
Ø Computer Room – manage servers, network equipment, internet etc.
Ø Manage local monitoring and backup of infrastructure
Global collaboration:
Ø Firewall replacement project
Ø Zoom Rooms/Phone
Ø Standardization of equipment
Ø Implement security measures and policies
Ø Communications, training and collaboration with HQ on global/local initiatives
Requirements:
· 2 years or above of relevant experience
· Good English for daily communication
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Good flexible and comfortable working in dynamic environment
