Finance Manager/Legal

Introduction:
Our client, a well-established General Insurance Company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Accounting Staff and Legal/Compliance staff
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual results
- Conduct profit and cost analyses
- Evaluate and decide on investments
- Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
- Conduct risk management
- 13 months, bonus (discretionary)
- Medical insurance coverage
- 18 days annual leave
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant certification
- Possess Insurance or Legal qualification is highly preferred
- 8 years of relevant experience in Insurance industry and proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
- In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills
