Introduction:

Our Client is an extremely successful restaurant group that have a fantastic new venture opening up in Hong Kong soon! They are looking for a General Manager to handle the operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the staff, maintain the best standards in the restaurant

• Ensure the company’s overall quality and image is maintained in all areas of service

• Keep up to date with vendors, suppliers and operations

• Manage P&L, budgets, cover management and cash flow

• Be the point of communication for different stakeholders to answer questions and concerns

• Welcome, teach and improve new and existing staff

• Consistently look for ways to improve the overall running and management of the outlet to improve patron experience and service quality

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in hospitality or a related discipline

• Minimum of 6 years of restaurant management experience, managing multiple outlets is beneficial

• Fluent / Native English speaker, additional languages are advantageous

• Strong business acumen

• Ability to communicate
