Human Resources & Finance Manager

Introduction:
A banking association is urgently seeking a candidate for the position of Human Resources & Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and strategize the staffing structure and talent development
- Responsible for staff recruitment, review, training and various other aspects of human resources administration
- Responsible for budgeting, preparation of accounts and coordinating external auditing matters
- Oversee the IT and office administration functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in human resources management, business or a relevant discipline
- Minimum seven years’ related experience, preferably prior work experience gained in financial institutions
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Highly motivated and capable of working effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines and pressure
