Customer Service Executive

Introduction:
Our client, a Plastic Materials Manufacturer (multi-national company) is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Update the database in ERP system to ensure precise and appropriate information are maintained
- Monitor and oversee order process to make sure orders are correctly confirmed and advised
- Communicate with local/ overseas customers, understanding their requirements and building good personal relationship
- Coordinate with Sales Managers and different departments to assure all orders are served and followed up in the right manner
- Oversee customer payment and offering after-sales service
- 12 months salary + discretionary bonus
- 10 - 15 days annual leave
- Medical & Dental insurance coverage
- Bank Holidays
Requirements:
- Degree in business/ administration/ engineering disciplines
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- 3 - 5 years of customer service experience in trading/ manufacturing industries, with multi-national company experience is highly preferable
- Knowledge on handling LC documents is an asset
- detail-minded and good sense of numbers
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in use of Cognos/ ERP system/ MS Office applications (EXCEL & PPT)
