We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Decarbonization and Sustainability Expert to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping a sustainable future.

Responsibilities:

               Ensure facility operations and business plans align with environmental protection policies, standards, and regulations.

               Identify and resolve environmental issues to mitigate risks and improve compliance.

               Conduct environmental assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.

               Develop, implement, and manage Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reduction programs, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.

               Oversee internal and external GHG audits.

               Monitor solid and chemical waste disposal to ensure compliance with regulations.

               Track and enhance performance in air quality, wastewater treatment, water conservation, and waste management.

               Establish environmental key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with company policies and strategies.

               Develop and implement an ISO 14001-compliant Environmental Management System (EMS).

               Create and maintain environmental procedures and guidelines.

               Benchmark environmental performance against industry peers.

               Lead the development and implementation of emissions monitoring, tracking, and reduction solutions.

               Stay current with international and regional environmental regulations.

               Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to align with industry needs.

               Analyze complex data sets to derive insights for improvement.

               Manage environmental programs from inception to deployment.

               Facilitate technical exchange workshops and training programs to promote environmental awareness.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

               Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.

               10+ years of experience in oil and gas refineries or petrochemical plants.

               In-depth knowledge of the oil and gas industry's environmental challenges and risks.

               Strong understanding of global and governmental environmental policies, regulations, and standards.

               EPI/QEP certification preferred.

               Expertise in technical sustainability data, calculation methodologies, and limitations.

               Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in environmental engineering.

               Familiarity with ISO 14001 EMS requirements.

               Experience developing decarbonization roadmaps, GHG emission baselines, and targets.

               Excellent computer and presentation skills.

               Strong management and coordination skills.

               Ability to work under pressure.
