We are looking for a talented digital marketing professional to drive our e commerce business for Singapore Malaysia. Over the years, e commerce has become essential to Singapore Malaysia business and managed to garner best in class performances. We are looking for a dedicated marketeer to continue the success story and he/she will oversee online media strategy, CRM plan and e commerce performances.



Mission 1: Define, implement and promote an efficient online marketing plan

Define, align and optimise the annual online marketing plan on all disciplines for Singapore Malaysia (CRM, media, budget optimisation, key online indicators) to support the upscale strategy and the budget objectives for FIT, Indirect and Groups.

Drive the implementation of the online plan: co-develop creative and roll out the online activation

Monitor business thanks to ESAP and local business reports, monitor actions ROI and recommend action plan adjustments during the year

Proactive benchmark and sharing related online topics. Share online best practices and participate to worldwide best practices sharing

Mission 2: Manage and optimise Singapore Malaysia online platforms

Be responsible for the overall management and optimisation of Singapore Malaysia online platforms including desktop, mobile and microsite for B2B and B2C

Roll out WW development and lead the development of local solution according to the online plan.

Improve the performance of all online platforms for Singapore Malaysia (B2C, B2B and CMB) based on online indicators.

As e-commerce manager, pro-actively inform key stakeholder of new media campaigns, promotional offers, product news to come.

Mission 3: Generate qualified traffic using media buy, EDM and e-partnership

According to the Online Marketing plan, manage and optimise media buying, local e-partnerships and EDM to increase qualified traffic on company Internet websites and achieve business objectives and improve online KPIs.

Support the roll out of a multi-channel CRM strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.


Mission 4: Analyse and provide key insights for marketing decisions

Be responsible for online analysis including online customer behaviour, sales tracking.

Be performance and provide key insights for sales review and marketing decision.

Mission 5: Manage and optimise the stakeholder partnership

Collaborate closely with ESAP Regional e commerce manager in optimizing our online media plan with the regionalized agency

  • Minimum Degree in Marketing or Communications / or related field
  • Possess knowledge in Singapore & Malaysia tourism market, online digital trends, online marketing tools & methods
  • Creativity, Excellent written & Verbal communication skills and analytical skills.
  • Leadership & entrepreneurship spirit
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word etc)
  • Experience in promoting and engaging consumers through online advertising
  • Experience in managing media buying, analytics and creative brief
  • Experience in managing online agencies and related key stakeholders
