Introduction:

Maintain the relationship and communication on a highly professional level with internal departments and with customers and suppliers assigned . Acts as an active part of the Customer Services team with a common goal to serve internal and external customers on the highest quality level, which includes the continuous development of internal processes, standards and tools that impact the day to day service delivery. This role is responsible for managing all customer service administration activities related to the assigned customers (internal and external) and also all purchases contracts including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

·     Manage all channels of communication between the customers/ suppliers and the internal team in Trading, Transportation, Metal Control, Accounts and Production Plants ensuring excellent contract performance;

·      Prepare and coordinate all documents required for successful sales or purchases. End-to-end trade execution;

·       Invoicing of assigned accounts;

·       Control pricing and invoicing to customers ensuring that the correct prices are applied. Matching sales contracts and controlling our purchases agreements;

·       Prepare ad hoc, daily, weekly and monthly reports on product flow, delivery, orders, order changes, claims;

Manage all customer complains being responsible for seeking solutions in several departments, monitoring improvement 

Requirements:

·       Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team;

·       Professional and customer-oriented attitude;

·       In-depth understanding of the documentation required in the international trading transactions;

·       Excellent understanding of international transportation and transactions. Oriented to cost drivers;

·       Comfortable with computers and multiple systems/programs

·       Organizational and time management skills – multi-tasking and prioritizing, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high level of goals;

·       Knowledge/ experience of trading/sales processes and/or risk management;

·       Strong problem-solving skills

·       Accuracy and high level to details in all activities

·       Data analytical skills;
