Introduction:

Our client European Fashion group is looking for a Sales Representative (B2B) distributor & partners base in Singapore This role shall be responsible for reaching the targets of sales managing a few eye wearable brands You are tasked to grow and manage the relationships with local accounts within the area assigned and supporting the overall group strategy in the area and customers assigned. This role are require from time to time travelling to Group APAC in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES
· In accordance with the Head of Sales, identifying target partners and distribution opportunities in Singapore.
· Delivering business solutions in a consultative sale process.
· Generating new business within existing account relationships.
· Develop strategies and account plans to win business by account, segment, and channel.
· Propose new opportunities within the area assigned and secure new distribution partnerships to meet objectives.
· Effectively manage a pipeline throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through final negotiation and assisting with launch.
· Manage the credit collecting with the support of the Customer Service and Finance Team
· Propose the periodical (monthly/quarter/annual) targets of the Department.
· Visit the markets reporting the positioning of group brands and of its competitors.

· Clients Management.
· Supporting marketing related activities for Singapore clients
· Cooperate to organize sales meetings and organization of business meetings with customers.
· Cultivate and manage a professional network of contacts in the area and generate new business through relationship building active networking and participation in key industry events and conferences.

Educational Requirements:
· Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree


Requirements:

Experience Required:
· 2-3 years of experience in the field of sales experience preferred.
· Experience in the eyewear or fashio industries will be advantageous.
· Excellent in Mandarin & English is mandatory, Advanced MS Office (Excel, Power Point and Word) skills will be preferred.
· Reliable, self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work independently.
· Problem solving ability, ability to work under pressure.
· Strong character, flexible and solution-oriented team-player.
· Available to travel periodically to Hong Kong APAC office.
