Introduction:

Our client is a fast-growing MNC who is focused on green fashion products. They are looking for a Product Design Assistant with a learning spirit, and easy-going to join their open-minded and friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

• Building Collection & Designing Products;
• Research and identify emerging trends, new sustainable materials;
• Work on textile selection, graphics, and colors for the incoming season;
• Prepare mood board of the season and/or specific collaboration to be developed;
• Create presentations of the inspiration over products, materials, and colorways being designed;
• Participate in the design process of a new product;
• Participate in packaging design for new products and categories;
• Developing Products;
• Close work with factories and suppliers in the product development process
• Building tech packs, revision files, and documents with quality comments
• Creating instructions for packaging development
• Color evaluation and approval process for the production
• Create tech packs with development instructions for suppliers (product and color CADs);
• Create tech packs for new packaging (shoebox, product card, hangtag, labels, etc);
• Revise samples received and make comments to the files, with meticulous attention to detail and follow up on the execution;
• Review color swatches, materials swatches and send comments to suppliers;
• Support product team on sample needs, quality comments, factory instruction, and product feedback;
• Organizing development flow and communication;
• Keep online new products board, updated so that the team is informed of future launch;
• Organize demands and meet deadlines needed to the different fronts, constantly following up with your pairs to ensure they also meet deadlines;

Requirements:

• Adobe Illustrator usage on a professional level
• Photoshop 3D
• Excellent communication in English (Mandarin is a plus)
• 1 year of experience
• Experience in Fashion (shoes industry) is a plus.
