Introduction:

Manage financial controls and accounting procedures.

Responsibilities:

•   Direct and overview all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization
•       Manage financial controls and accounting procedures
•       Prepare the financial, legal, and regulatory framework of the company for IPO
•       Contribute and provide leadership in the development for short and long term strategic financial objectives
•       Planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial related activities of the company
•       Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company
•       Identifies business opportunities and highlights actions to improve cash and margin
•      Control all Financial Statements as required for a publicly listed company on the SET
•      Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the company
•      Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets financial trends and forecasts
•      Formulate design of financial and accounting system and policies to improve of working procedure, report, and presentation of financial information
•      Support CEO and Executive Board with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans
•      Overall responsibility manager in IT, HR, Purchasing, CEO Office Department
•      Perform for all ad-hoc assignment with quality finance and business perspectives.

Requirements:

•       Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
•      CPA is a strong advantage
•      Experience in Manufacturing business is a must. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
•      Fair communication skills in both English and Thai
•      Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
•      An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
