Responsibilities:
- Managing of existing key accounts
and the development of new accounts
- Developing and sustaining solid
relationships with key clients
- Addressing and resolving key
clients’ immediate needs and future plans
- Acting as the main point of
contact between key clients and internal teams
- Developing a thorough
understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing
customised solutions
- Negotiating contracts with key
clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each
client's long-term goals
- Attend Sales Meetings, Trade
Shows & Product Training as required.
Requirements:
- Key Account Manager experience is preferred in automotive.
- Prior achievement in areas of
responsibility, specifically sales results, customer relationship
development and management.
- Strong written and verbal
communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate, influence
decisions, facilitate outcomes and achieve results.
- Proven experience in Sales with a
“hunter mindset” & the drive to succeed
- Natural problem solver - takes a
structured approach to collecting facts, logically determining the root
cause, and identifying the simplest solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work
independently, as well as in a collaborative team
- Strong negotiation and leadership
skills
- Proven ability to prioritize
workloads.
- Outgoing nature with a positive
and motivated approach who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment
and can work calmly under pressure.
