Introduction:

Assist the General Manager in managing the Thailand company and various functional departments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and ready the materials of meetings on time.

• Make, maintain and update all relevant documents of Thailand project.

• Cooperate with the General Manager in dealing with external public relations to Thailand local (such as governments, key customers, etc.)

• Assist the General Manager in regular communication and collaboration with senior management in China.

• Assist the General Manager in managing the Thailand company and various functional departments; coordinate the relations between internal departments, especially the daily working relationship and affairs between the operation departments.

• Take minutes of General Manager conference, seminars and other company meetings; follow up the implementation after the meetings.

• Assist the General Manager in planning the company culture and strategy, and support to develop the company culture.

• Complete other tasks temporarily authorized by General Manager.

• At least 5 years of experience in management in manufacturing operation, relevant experience in aluminum recycling enterprises required, Japanese companies working experience is preferred.

• Strong coordination and presentation skills, ability to manage the operation effectively in enterprise; strong organization skills, able to deal with pressure.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office software.

• Fluent in reading and writing Chinese, Excellent English and Thai.

• Japanese written and verbal communication skills will be an advantage.
