Introduction:

Industry: Automotive (Global Company) Work Location: Bangkok (Main Office), Central of Thailand and other provinces

Responsibilities:

• Identifying new business opportunities and monitor key customer growth goals.
• Work with customers and Headquarter and other departments to ensure resources are aligned with aftermarket requirements 
• Achieve product development and sustain a new opportunity pipeline to ensure a high-quality portfolio of opportunities is available.
• Meet or exceed annual order, sales, and growth targets for assigned customers.
• Assure the reliability of customer contracts ,sales tools, accurate data results, and sound business decisions. 
• Analyze sales and order data for assigned customers, report and comment on results versus plan, and develop action plans to exceed the plan.
• Provide accurate and timely market trends, customer forecast, accurate market survey to ensure competitive sales and marketing strategies 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in area sales management, OEM, aftermarket management,B2B,B2C, and Online Market
• Good knowledge and technical skills in automotive brakes components is a plus
• Perform well  in highly dynamic environments, experience in managing automotive dealers 
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command in English with good  presentation skills
