Performing advanced and confidential secretarial and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing advanced and confidential secretarial and administrative tasks.
  • Frequently updating details on the company database such as company website, marketing subscriptions etc.
  • Scheduling and maintaining calendar of appointment, meeting and travel itineraries and coordinating related arrangement.
  • Photocopying, filing, and storing all company documents
  • Taking and distributing minutes of meetings.
  • Translate some necessary document from Thai to English.
  • Other task as assigned.

Requirements:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in secretarial, Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields.
  • Previous experience of working in an administrative and secretarial role.
  • Excellent knowledge of office management software, such as Microsoft office 365
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Multi-tasking and prioritize working skill.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently, high responsibility
  • Good personality, professional appearance, polite, interpersonal skill
