Introduction:
Location: Rayong
Responsibilities:
- Perform the implementation, installation, and operation of information and functional systems for the organization.
- Implement and monitor management information systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal and regulatory compliance.
- Provide support to end users in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of software programs and hardware following the Brose standards.
- Manage computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions.
- Develop ERP knowledge and support users to achieve the best results using their ERP system.
- Responsible for the normal operation of application
- Review reports of computer and peripheral equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine costs and impact, and address problems.
- Maintain and test disaster recovery plans.
- Run IT projects in ERP and IT infrastructure area.
- Specialized knowledge and skills
Requirements:
▪ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Management, Information Systems, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
▪ 8+ years of relevant Information Technology experience managing and interacting with third party service providers
▪ Experience to support IT devices manage licenses, manage IT assets and services, and manage IT requirements
