Introduction:

Work From Anywhere (WFA) 100% Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturers in the automotive aftermarket industry. Salary range: 120,000–150,000 THB

Responsibilities:

• Monitor key customer buying indicators, including identifying new business opportunities.

• Work with engineering, customer service, and other departments to ensure resources are aligned with aftermarket requirements and growth goals.

• Achieve and sustain a new opportunity pipeline to ensure a high-quality portfolio of opportunities is available.

• Meet or exceed annual order, sales, and growth targets for assigned customers.

• Assure the reliability of customer sales tools, accurate data results, and sound business decisions. Analyze sales and order data for assigned customers, report and comment on results versus plan, and develop action plans to exceed the plan.

• For momentum and new business capture, provide accurate and timely market and competitive intelligence, including pricing and competitive standing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.

• 10 years of experience in sales management, OEM, and aftermarket management.

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally

• Strong communication skills

• Experience in project management, as well as a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques

• A strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
