Job Responsibilities
Work closely with HR Director and Business Heads to develop HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy.
Understand the business operations and support operational efforts through proper staffing from both a strategic and tactical perspective.
Analyze and manage HR jobs such as Talent Acquisition, People Development, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management to support current and future business plans.
Provide correct and reliable advice or solution to internal customer
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or related field
Minimum of 7 years’ direct experience in a HR Business Partner role and/or the full spectrum of human resource functions
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration skills and strategic perspective
Team Player with good interpersonal skill
Good in English
