• Support color development project with research, experimentation to develop the products and processes.
• Set up and conduct laboratory experiments, testing, and analyses, by using application machine and analytical equipment.
• Recording, compile, interpret results of tests, analyzing and writing reports, reviews and summaries on the findings of experiments and trials.
• Staying up to date with relevant scientific developments that can improve the efficiency of lab operations
• Laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance
• Implement and maintain procedure for Quality Management system and 5S activities
Requirements:
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor or higher in Polymer Science, Petrochemical, Analytical Chemistry, General Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related field.
• Experience:
o Some experience in color matching is an advantage
o At least 2-3 years experience in plastic industry
• Other:
o Can work on shift basis
o No color blindness
o Computer skills with MS office is required
o Knowledge of chemistry including the safe use and disposal of chemicals
o Knowledge of biology and math
o To be thorough and pay attention to detail
o The ability to use your initiative
o The ability to work well with others
o Administration skills
o Own transportation is A MUST
