Responsibilities:

·        Help deliver outstanding customer support and develop customer relationships with all customers internally & externally.

·        Act as focal points for external customers in regard to their requirements of products, deliveries, information, service, and complaints related to their orders, which leads to a continuous business relationship.

·        Operate order entry and follow up on the progress of orders by immediately inform customers and internal parties if any uncertainty affected to the orders.

·        Responsible for efficient and effective order processing.

·        Perform and comply with all aspects of safety, regulations, compliance, company & department objectives and core values

 

Requirements:

Requirements:

·        Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Business English or related fields. A foreign diploma or study in English program is advantage.

·        Experience: Minimum 2-3years of successful experience in customer service, sale coordinate, marketing, or other related field.

·        Good knowledge background import-export, inventory management, supply chain, purchasing, financial and banking, planning demand/supply management are advantageous.

·        Must be good command of spoken and written English.

·        Excellent and business-driven attitude towards customers.

·        Computer skills with MS office is required.

·        Flexible in working hours.

·        Creativity and problem solving skills.

·        Self-organized, dependable and reliable.

·        Own transportation is A MUST.
