Responsibilities:

• Ensure all financial records and statements are in line with laws, regulations, and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Responsible for overall accounting task(AP,AR,PV,RV,IV,Tax-IV,BillingNote,Receipt)
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance
• Responsible for taxation and social security fund (PND,PP,KT,Duty Stamp）   
• To support foreign staff  exiting expats related , Prepare all necessary documents on visa and work permit     
• Responsible for all schedule and process of Visa, work permit application, and 90 days notification.
• Dealing with the government authorities related on visa and work permit application  90-day notification
• Handle all cancelation and extension process of Visa and work permit including all problems which are related to any Visa and work permit issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years working experience in accounting field and accounting firm (visa & work permit background is a plus)
• Working knowledge of tax laws and generally accepted accounting principle.
• Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
• Pleasant personality with Good command in English .
