Responsibilities:

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow

Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system

Support & guide customer service in co-operation with customers, operations, and oversea offices to follow up import - export shipments

Cooperate with operation/ customer service/ accounting department in solving daily operational problems

Ensure timely movement and delivery of freight to customers 

Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing

Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments, exceeding customer service expectations

Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency

Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)

Perform any special assignment by Department Manager

Processing Documentation including ocean bills of lading, invoice, etc.,

Requirements:

Qualifications

Thai nationality

With working experiences in freight forwarder field, preferably direct experience with freight forwarding company

Customer Service: 1-2 years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Recent Graduate will be considered

Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results

Pro-active, strong organizational skills

Strong desire to learn

Able to work under pressure

Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Fluent in English
