Our client is leader of electronics component from China
1.Manpower management – control and plan for manpower in Production line and build strong team and strong relationship in production line
2.Do production planning such as preparing working methods, equipment, machines, materials, manpower, documents and so on according to production plan.
3.Follow up and keep close eye on production status, make sure complete orders on time, if something/problems happen, report and discuss with immediate boss
4.Training new staff about their job duties and work instruction
5.Enhance/improve production efficiency by different aspects, including training, toolings/fixtures improvement, working method improvement, processes improvement etc; discuss with engineers if find any problem during production.
6.Check and analyze the inspection reports from both QC and production engineer, find the root cause and solve it, reduce detective product rate
7.Control the production processes strictly, set detective product rate for workshop and comply with the rate; make sure all the staffs are following instruction and meet our standard.
8.Control function zoning/area, each zoning/area should have its own marking/logo, different materials/tooling/products should be placed in specified zoning/area and 6S procedure
9.Control and manage on Safety issue in all area of production
