Job description:

1.Complete Export - Import process with document & communication (including booking truck/ folk lift/ timing and get all complete details of each shipment put in file)

2.Input data and process for Certificate of Origin (each new products for each 2 years)

3.Fill in report to IEAT and report in the system monthly.

4.Cutting stock of Consignment In-Out

5.Process Import-Export document out of the IEAT Area (Sale or temporary in-out Thailand)

6.Send report to IEAT/ Customs

7.Some shipment need to go out to process the customs & payment

8.make report for all details concern with logistic

9.Daily update Import-Export shipment status

10.Summarize HS-Code and update document every 6 months

Requirements:

Qualification: 

Male/Female

Age between 21-35 years

Bachelor Degree in concern

Good written and verbal English with strong communication skills.

Good personal organization, time management and scheduling skills.

Experiencing using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets.

Ability to multitask and adaptable to different job requirement

Min 2-3 years of admin experience in import/export company or production company and previous working with OS staff

Good personality/ Having service mind and attention to detail

Able to take responsibility and work under pressure.
