Responsibilities:

• Manage and control subordinates to produce finished goods as required through monitoring and managing them during shift working.
• Ensure the production operation is in accordance with the production planning schedule and process control in a safe way.
• Enable effective communication & cooperation between shift teams and across different departments.
• Coach and provide guidance to new employees.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with the Safety-Health-Environment (SHE) system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineer
• 4 year’s working experience in chemical or petrochemical industry
• Production management experience and chemical process background.
• Have knowledge and understanding the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 system.
