Introduction:

Our client is an industrial electronic components manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for overseeing all the manufacturing activities taking place at a production plant. 
-Ensure that the plant meets production goals; profitability 
-Oversee the performance and quality controllers; daily operations of manufacturing facilities
- Conduct inspections to ensure production machinery are operational and efficient
- Ensure production complies with established quality control specifications and standards.
-Providing training opportunities 


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a relevant area in engineering. 
Excellent background in PCBA manufactuting company is essential
At least 3 years  of experience working in management level 
Good knowledge in Lean concept/Six sigma
Strong leadership, and good  interpersonal communication 
Fluent in English communication both written and verbal
