Temp Receptionist

Introduction:

We are looking for a temporary receptionist.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls
  • Greet and serve visitors
  • Organize conference room bookings
  • Maintain the reception and guests area, conference room, pantry in neat and tidy condition
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails
  • Ordering office supplies (stationery/pantry supplies, etc)
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

 

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above with 1-2 years of reception or admin experience
  • Good telephone manner, detail-minded, initiative , independent, responsible and supportive
  • Pleasant  personality with positive working attitude
  • Proficient  in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word Processing
  • Native Cantonese, fluent in both English and Mandarin, knowledge in Japanese is an advantage but not necessary
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
