Temp Customer Service Representative (Shipping & Logistics) / 5 months contract / Admiralty

Introduction:

Our client, a Chemical Materials Multi-national Company is looking for a Temp Customer Service Representative for 5 months contract. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

·         To liaise with supply points and/or logistics partners for shipping documents.

·         To prepare Export documentation (DP and/or Letter of Credit).

·         Assist to SAP order entries, processing and related documentation.

·         Assist to order/shipment tracking and complaint log.

·         Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

·         Diploma or above.

·         3 years  of I/E Shipping and customer service experience in multi-national company

·         Familiar in Letter of Credit and SAP (SD) system

·         Good command in spoken & written of English and Chinese.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, esp. EXCEL and Chinese Word Processing
