Technical Sales Coordinator

Introduction:

Our Client: Ship Services Industry

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up and ensure “Chemical Service” are arrange accordingly as per agreement
  • Receive and register Chemical Services in the system, ensuring all the information is correct
  • Coordinate and ensure Chemical Service are arrange in a timely and most economical way
  • Identify “leads” to create opportunity for order building through arranging “MOB”
  • Manage & ensure customer received Water Test Report and to response to customer query in relation to “Chemical Service” and Water Test Report
  • Provide quarterly summary of Water Test Report to customer
  • Monitor and manage the “chemical consumption” of TSM vessels based on Monthly Report of ROB
  • Keep customer informed of changes in vessel chemical consumption and any other relevant information for the sake of good order
  • Resolve any related problems including suggestions for redirection of chemical orders if appropriate
  • Follow up outstanding “lead” and ensure action taken
  • Keep sales support staff and account managers aware of all key issues relating to their Customers
  • As a member of the sales team for the respective account portfolio with the Account Manager and Sales Support Coordinator.
  • Provide regular feedback on technical, service and commercial issues raised by customers to the Customer Support Manager or Customer Services Manager and the respective Account Manager
  • Provide service to do “Potable Water Test” and ensure proper charge quoted and invoice to customer
  • Gather information required to help investigation and resolution in invoice dispute (relating to TSM vessel)
  • Follow up complaints/non-compliances through improvement/complaint system in place

Requirements:

Job Requirement

  • Diploma in Business Administration or relevant work experience
  • Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities
  • Excellent telephone sales skills
  • Strong interpersonal understanding with an awareness of different cultures within the customer base, team and organization
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to communicate on all levels and ability to systematically work independently and in a team
  • Able to start work as soon as possible

Other Information

  • Working hours – 5 days
  • Work location – West  
  • Salary: $2000-$3000
