Technical Project Manager
Introduction:
Our client is looking for Technical Project Managers to join their team :
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate cooperation of leads from numerous cross-functional organizations to define, design, build, test, and implement multiple critical programs;
- Coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders, including vendors and business units;
- Escalate and track impediments, but also manage risks and dependencies;
- Think different, but still deliver sustainable and innovative solutions;
- Lead the implementation on the agreed I.T solutions across the region to cope with business and operational needs;
- Push things forward to deliver our solutions in time and budget; and
- Keep your colleagues up to date and create an environment of trust and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Computer Science or similar disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Financial industry projects
- Proven knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies including SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum, as well as traditional waterfall methodologies;
- Strong Communication and stakeholder management skills with excellent negotiation skills;
- Strong knowledge of FinTech solutions is a plus;
- Experience in Jenkins, Dockers, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP is a plus;
- Exposure to cloud / infrastructure for projects is a plus;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage; and
- Proactive, independent and open-minded quick-learner.
