Team Administration Assistant

Introduction:

Our client is a well established company in the financial services industry. We are now seeking a Team Administration Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full range of administrative support to the team
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations as and when required
  • Handle travel arrangements for the team as and when required
  • Participate in organizing staff functions and luncheons.
  • Participate in ad hoc tasks as and when assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder preferred
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
  • MS Office proficient
  • Preferably available within a short notice
