Supply Chain Manager
Salary: 150,000 - 250,000 THB / Month
Job Scope: Planning, Customer Service, Inventory Control and Purchasing
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for all activities related to local Supply Chain, managing the operations of Receiving, Warehouse, Inventory Control, and Materials Management teams.
The candidate must assure the integrity of the inventory accuracy. Must ensure that all activities concerning replenishment, handling and warehousing of the raw materials, packaging supplies and finish goods for the plant are properly done. His or her overall responsibility and authority includes taking decision on all re-engineering procedures and processes for the local supply chain activities.
Oversee the purchasing
function in the areas of ingredients, packaging and commodities by assuring
continuous supply and optimizing procurement to minimize total costs.
Oversee inventory of
ingredients, packaging and commodities, managing risk of obsolescence versus
Direct all distribution
and logistics activities at the plant including managing labor costs and
productivity, inventory levels and accuracy, and stocking strategies. Develops
and maintain controls and procedures to ensure order accuracy and timeliness.
Responsible for selecting,
developing, and retaining an empowered team that delivers on Supply Chain goals
consistently and is focused on the continuous improvement of the department,
the plant and the business.
Leads and participates in
operations/site project teams as required
Develops, tracks and
publishes weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators
Bachelor's Degree in a
related field (i.e. Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management) or related area is
High proficiency with
Microsoft Excel required.
Demonstrated ability to
Ability to manage multiple
and sometimes conflicting priorities.
Must have the ability to
manage at macro and micro level.
Strong problem solving,
negotiating, and decision making skills.
Possess good financial
acumen enabling the supply chain to optimize profitability as well as
understand financial implications of supply chain decisions on plant spending
and overall profitability.

levels of employees and build effective working relationships
