Supplier Quality Engineer
Introduction:
Our client is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer in Guangzhou
Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with internal and external manufacturing partners to ensure components and products meet quality performance standards.
• Assist on developing and implementing supply chain quality improvement projects that improve the customer experience.
• Work with cross functional supply chain teams to identify and correct the root cause of quality non conformance.
• Monitor manufacturing processes at suppliers to ensure components and products meet specifications.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years relevant experience in a global Quality organization
• Experience in supplier quality
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 certified environment
• Experience resolving customer complaints using a formal response process
• Experience maintaining compliance with customer-required certifications (ISO, REACH, HAZMAT, etc)
• Strong understanding of quality requirements to operate manufacturing in an ISO:2015 environment
• Must have strong interpersonal skills including interacting with manufacturing management, customers, and suppliers
• A self-starter capable of independently managing daily job duties
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software
• Comfortable on a factory floor and getting hands dirty
• Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
